About Garden Designs By Angela

Garden designs by Angela is owned by Angela James, who has a certificate in Landscape Design and Horticulture from the University of Guelph.

Angela is educated in xeriscape or drought tolerant landscape practices. She is a firm believer in creating sustainable or ecologically friendly landscapes that consume less water and have reduced needs for fertilizers and pesticides.

By mixing different textures of stone and plant material, Angela's goal is to design a landscape that is not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing and creative.

In her leisure time, Angela enjoys tending her own garden on her acreage in Parkland County. She and her three children enjoy everything outdoors including weekend camping trips and hiking the beautiful river valley.

The Garden Designs Crew

The crew consists of Angela, Travis and Amy. Amy and Travis are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking individuals with many years of landscaping experience. Amy and Travis have been with Garden Designs for 4 years, and more than a year, respectively.
